| After graduating from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, in 2002, Aaron began a Journalism career at the Urbana Daily Citizen. After 15 months, he was hired as the sports editor for the Port Clinton News Herald, where he worked for 13 months. While working as a copywriter and legal assistant for Francis J. Niehaus, LLC, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Aaron traveled to Brazil on assignment. For two weeks, Aaron documented the struggles of the landless and homeless people at camps in rural Brazil. The articles were published on the Franciscans Network Web site. Franciscans Network is a non-profit organization in Cincinnati that works in association with another non-profit group in Brazil to help better the living conditions of the poor.
